2019 reunion weekend

August 30 - August 31

Cheerleader and Brutus alumni are invited back to campus for the 2019 Reunion to be held August 30–31 in conjunction with the football game against Florida Atlantic. The weekend will consist of the annual Friday night reception and cheering at the game on Saturday.

Reunion Awards

Nominate fellow cheer alumni for the 33rd Annual Reunion Awards.

Friday Night Reception

5:30 – 6:30 p.m. Check-in/Cocktail Hour at Fawcett Center

7 p.m. – Dinner Served

7:30 – 8:30 p.m. – Program

9 p.m. – Close

9:30 p.m. – Optional After Party at Varsity Club

Saturday Game

10 a.m.: Pick-up Field Passes at the Grassy Knoll at St. John Arena

3rd Quarter: Cheer on Field

4th Quarter: Tailgate Access (outside of Gate 27) with wristband

Registration

Please call the alumni association at 800-762-5646 to register beginning Monday, August 5. Registration closes on August 26. 

We will send a detailed confirmation email to all registrants the week of the event with updated times, locations, etc.

Society Dues: $40 — must be paid at this time if your membership expires on December 31, 2019

Weekend Alumni Pass: $40 includes dinner for one alumni and cheering the game Saturday and you must be an active member of the society

Dinner Guest: $40 Limit 4 guests per alumni, contact us with additional requests

Reserve a table of 8 for Dinner Reception: $130 Only one person per table needs to purchase this, and each table comes with two bottles of wine

Game Ticket: $70 Limit 2 per alumni, must purchase at least one weekend pass.

When calling in to register, please indicate you need to be placed on a waitlist for extra tickets (beyond 2).

Post Game Tailgate Wristband: $20 Access to tailgate in the stadium parking lot with food and drink provided, limit 4 guests per alumni.

Uniform

To receive your field pass to cheer the field, the following attire is required:

  • Red Nike polo (men’s or women’s)
  • Any solid black shorts
  • Black, White, or Grey sneakers

The following are suggested:

  • Black hat (if desired)
  • Alumni issued warm-up jacket (if desired)
  • Poms or megaphone

Examples of attire that is not acceptable:

  • Leggings
  • Long sleeve shirts under polo
  • Spandex undershorts

We will have an inventory of polos during the Friday reception for sale at the retail price. We have options for both men and women and for both cheer and Brutus. Inventory is limited so please arrive early if you need one!

Poms and baseball hats will also be available for sale.
