  • Tuesday, May 25 at 6 p.m. EDT, yoga led by Ally Nelson, Cheer alumna and instructor at Down Dog Yoga in Washington DC.
  • Thursday, May 27 at 7 a.m. EDT, AJ Blankenship, Cheer alumnus and instructor for Barry’s Boot camp in New York City will lead a high intensity boot camp
  • Saturday, May 29 at 10 a.m. EDT, John Edgar, mindfulness instructor at The Fitness Loft in Columbus.
